Nepali social worker Angami Sherpa has been honored by the Taiwan government. Sherpa was honored at the Annual Immigration Festival held in Taiwan on December 6. Sherpa was honored this year by the Government of the country honoring the seven best in the selection process for the foreigner who made a significant contribution to the social service. This time, two foreign nationals who were nominated for social service were selected for this honor. Out of which Angkami succeeded in becoming outstanding.
"The selection committee selected him out of the 8 people who have proven to be outstanding in social service. Social workers were honored by the Supreme Court officials. Ang Kami Sherpa, who is active in social services, is very pleased to be honored.He didn't even have a single thought of being honored.
Sherpa, who arrived in Taiwan from the United States some time ago, also rescued a number of troubled people. He has rescued more than 100 victims through social media Facebook.
Sherpa rescued many worker from various Gulf countries including Kuwait via Facebook Live, who had recently returned to Nepal with her family, who had returned to the Philippines due to government weakness. He has been honored by the government there after evaluating the work he has been doing in humanitarian service even after reaching Taiwan.
