Karma Tsering Sherpa, president of the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), has appealed to Ramesh Kumar Silwal, member secretary of the National Sports Council (NSC), to create an environment for playing in a closed stadium.
Speaking at a technical report public event organized by ANFA, Sherpa urged Silval to facilitate the game in Nepal as well as in European countries.
"In many countries, non-spectator leagues have started. If possible, create that situation for us as well, ”said ANFA President Sherpa.
He also informed that various new programs have been introduced for the players and coaches. Sherpa informed that IT and online systems have been prepared to improve the level of players from the district level. He has demanded the Rakhep Member Secretary not to use Dasharath Stadium for quarantine due to the epidemic of corona virus.
Recently, there have been rumors that the stadium will also be used for quarantine. He said that quarantine may not be useful while constructing a stadium of international standard. In this regard, the member secretary seriously urged to create quarantine elsewhere instead of the stadium.
