The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has agreed to provide relief fund of Rs 75,000 each to ANFA affiliated A, B and C division clubs . It has been decided to provide relief to 14 clubs of A division, 12 clubs of B division and 14 clubs of C division at the rate of Rs 75,000,
"We have decided to give some relief fund to those affected by COVID-19 after holding a meeting of ANFA's working committee," said ANFA President Karma Tsering Sherpa.
ANFA is also going to provide relief fund of Rs 75,000 to the organizing club that organizes football tournaments in the off-season with the approval of ANFA. In addition, ANFA will provide Rs 75,000 per district to the football associations of 48 districts. Sherpa also informed that Rs 75,000 would be provided to the four-member committee.
ANFA will distribute relief package to the organizing clubs of the football tournament to be held in Mofasal to ANFA coaches and employees of all levels affiliated to ANFA, referees operating the Martyrs' Memorial A Division League. They will be given relief fund of Rs 10,000, according to ANFA.
Similarly, 35 members of the Nepali national women's football team and 35 members of the men's football team will be provided food at the rate of Rs 15,000. Twenty-four ANFA Saturday trainers will get relief at the rate of Rs 10,000. In addition, 150 ANFA employees will be given relief fund of Rs 10,000.
The ANFA working committee meeting has decided to pass ANFA's annual budget of Rs. 704.11 million presented by treasurer Rabindra Joshi for the coming fiscal year and submit it to the next general meeting for approval.
