Solukhumbu District, Nepal - The District Police Office in Solukhumbu has introduced a new and convenient way for citizens to file complaints and report security-related issues. They have rolled out the use of QR codes as a public service for efficiently managing complaints and concerns.
This initiative aligns with the Koshi Pradesh Police QR Code Usage Procedure for the year 2080 and aims to streamline the process of reporting and addressing citizen complaints related to safety and security.
Inspector Anil Mishra, who heads the Solukhumbu District Police Office, shared information about this innovative approach. He explained that citizens can now utilize QR codes to file complaints, report incidents, and provide suggestions for improvement. The QR codes simplify the process and enable quicker response times from the police.
The system empowers security agencies to swiftly identify and address issues within their organizations, making necessary improvements as needed. It is expected to enhance overall efficiency in responding to community concerns and strengthening security measures.
The Koshi Pradesh Police Office, headquartered in Viratnagar, has expanded this service across all 14 districts of the province since the 11th of the month. The police will use QR codes to receive complaints, feedback, and suggestions whenever citizens encounter offenses, emergencies, or areas where service delivery improvements are required.
This technological advancement demonstrates the commitment of the Solukhumbu District Police Office and the Koshi Pradesh Police to provide efficient and accessible services to the public while promoting transparency and accountability in security matters. The introduction of QR codes for citizen complaints marks a significant step forward in ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.
Citizens are encouraged to make use of this new system for reporting security-related issues and contributing to the enhancement of security services in Solukhumbu District.
